AUTO-VOX Shipping Policy
We support shipping to the United States, Canada, most European countries, and Japan.
General Shipping Policy
We offer same-day processing for all orders placed before 10:00 AM PST (non-holiday business days). Most orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 1 business day. If you place an order on Friday or Saturday, most likely it will be shipped the following Sunday. If we made an error and your ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and make every effort to accommodate your needs.
Note: Orders can be canceled anytime before shipment.
Shipping Address
A complete and accurate shipping address is essential. Once your order is ready for shipment or has been shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for correction and reship it, but additional shipping fees will apply. Please provide a valid phone number for all orders to ensure smooth delivery.
Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping in the U.S.: 3-7 business days
- Standard Shipping for Other Countries: 6-12 business days
- Express Shipping (available in select countries): 1-3 business days with an additional shipping fee of $19.99
Shipping Fees
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $49 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Orders under $49: Shipping fees will apply based on the shipping address.
- Express Shipping: Available in select countries for an additional $19.99.
International Shipping
We ship to the United States, Canada, most European countries, and Japan. Please note that your country may impose import duties/taxes on your shipment. Any product and shipping costs paid to AUTO-VOX do not include international duties/taxes/VAT (for products shipped from overseas warehouses, duties are generally not required).
While we are happy to provide warranty support for all products, any shipping costs related to warranties must be paid by the customer.
Product Availability
We use a real-time inventory system, so if an item can be added to your shopping cart, it is in stock. If an item is out of stock, it will be reflected on the product page, and the item will not be able to be added to the cart.
Order Tracking
You can track the progress of your order through the order tracking feature on our website. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link so you can monitor the delivery status.
Holidays and Delays
If there is a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email in case of any significant delay. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will my items arrive together if I order multiple products?
Your items may arrive on different dates or via different carriers, but there are no extra shipping charges. Please wait until the expected delivery time has passed before contacting us.
Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
I'm an international buyer. Can you mark my package as a gift to avoid taxes/duties?
Unfortunately, we cannot mark packages as gifts, as this is illegal and may jeopardize AUTO-VOX's ability to export products.
