Refund Conditions
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Full Refund
To initiate a return, please email us at service@auto-vox.com with your order details.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
- Double-check your bank account and ensure it matches the account used for the purchase.
- Contact your credit or debit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Clearance items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, please email us at service@auto-vox.com for further assistance.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please contact our support team at service@auto-vox.com.
- If the return is due to a product quality issue, we will cover the return shipping costs after verification.
- For other returns, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If you use Pay on Delivery, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Please note that any previously paid shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
